Expert and Levelling give better tomes. Trials and Raids I do when I want something quick. MSQ is just painful to sit through so I don't bother. Level 80 dungeons are pointless too, as the roulette and dungeon combined give you less tomes than just doing an Expert dungeon on it's own.
